Murray County Schools was proud to join AdventHealth, Governor Brian Kemp, and community leaders to celebrate the future AdventHealth Murray hospital in Chatsworth. Members of the district’s CTAE team, including CTAE directors, Work-Based Learning coordinators, and Healthcare Pathway teachers, were also in attendance to recognize what this new facility will mean for Murray County and the opportunities it will create for students preparing for careers in healthcare.
The new hospital represents an exciting investment in the future of the community and will bring additional resources, services, and career opportunities to Murray County. For students enrolled in the district’s Healthcare Pathway, the facility also has the potential to provide valuable connections between classroom learning and real-world healthcare careers right here at home.
Murray County Schools is grateful for its strong partnership with AdventHealth and looks forward to continuing to work together to expand opportunities for students to learn, gain hands-on experience, and explore future careers in state-of-the-art facilities. The district is excited about what this new chapter will mean for both its students and the entire Murray County community.
